This warranty expressly excludes coverage for any labor costs related to the installation or removal of parts, as well as fees incurred for key programming or flash programming. Under no circumstances will the Buyer be reimbursed for these expenses. By accepting this warranty, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Seller’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item. The Seller shall not be held responsible for any damages or injuries arising from the use of products sold by VCM Rebuilders LLC. The Buyer expressly and irrevocably waives any such claims against the Seller. The one-year warranty will be considered null and void if the returned item exhibits any of the following conditions:
• Presence of burnt or scorched components • Indications of physical damage or exposure to moisture
• Evidence of incorrect installation, or not following the OE process and procedures
• Unauthorized alteration, tampering, disassembly, or use outside of the original design intent
• Compromised, removed, or broken security seals By completing this purchase, the Buyer affirms full understanding and acceptance of all terms contained herein.

This condition may be caused by a problem with the blower motor control resistor or blower motor control processor as equipped. Note, a vehicle with a manual climate control module will have a blower motor control resistor as part of the HVAC system design. A vehicle with an Automatic climate control module will have a blower motor control processor as part of the HVAC system design.
Remanufacturing is the process of taking used parts, completely disassembling and thoroughly cleaning them, replacing the worn components with original quality components, and restoring them to their original function. Every unit is 100% tested to ensure O.E. performance.
This can be caused by multiple issues. There are multiple parts in the HVAC control system, and they should be inspected before replacing parts. Some vehicles have common failures, check those points first.
The reduced air flow problem may be due to a climate control module installed without performing the HVAC System actuator recalibration process.
This condition may be caused by a low battery state of charge on a previous ignition key cycle. Check the battery state of charge.
